Update: Kentucky Medical Cannabis License Lottery Set for October 28

The wait is almost over! The Office of Medical Cannabis will be conducting its first license lottery for medical cannabis cultivators and processors next Monday, October 28, at 2 p.m. EST. This lottery marks a major milestone for Kentucky’s cannabis industry and offers applicants the opportunity to receive licenses that will allow them to begin their journey as licensed cannabis cultivators and processors in the Commonwealth.
